Job Description

Supplier Adoption Specialistwill have following responsibilities:
Contacting US based client/suppliers to gather information/data in specified formats to facilitate the data set-up.
Regular follow-up with clients/suppliers via phone and emails to ensure timely response back.
Proactively act to meet the project deadlines.
Work with implementation team to ensure set-up/configurations are completed in time.
Keeping a tracker indicating the progress made in the system.
Reporting the progress for each project to corresponding project leads on daily basis
Ensuring clients/suppliers understand the objective of data collection.
Answering the enquiries from clients ( via phone or email)

Required Qualifications
The following are the minimum qualifications for the position:
Good understanding of SQL.
Understanding of Web services/EDI is a plus.
Working knowledge MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)is mandatory.
Should have good command over English(verbal/Written) skills.
